Meet the Team

Lisa

I have worked in the travel industry for over 25 years and have owned my own agency for most of that. I love travelling the world and seeing different countries and their ways of life.

I particularly enjoy sampling all the different local foods. Cooking is my second hobby, after travelling, and so I love getting inspiration for new foreign dishes.

My specialist destination is The Caribbean. I have visited many times over the years both on my own holidays and on organised familiarisation visits. I have also booked lots of holidays to the Caribbean and done a lot of research and training on the different islands. I love the whole relaxed way of life over there, gorgeous beaches and of course its amazingly diverse food, depending on which island you are on.

I have also visited many different parts of America which is, of course, a great destination to twin with a Caribbean island.

I enjoy mountain walking and have visited the beautiful country of Norway over 10 times, taking in its stunning mountain scenery and picturesque fjords.



I still have a long ‘bucket list’ including in particular the Canadian Rockies and New Zealand but I also would like to discover more of Europe and places a little closer to home!

I started working in the travel industry back in 2001, I took a career change for a few years before returning back into travel, working at Chic Boutique Travel since 2015.

I enjoy taking family holidays both in the UK and also the Balearics and Canary Islands. As my children are getting older I would like to try cruising and travelling further afield.

My dream holiday would be to take my family to the Beaches Turks and Caicos Resort in the Caribbean.

 It looks really amazing and I know the kids would love it ( and so would we)!

I joined Chic Boutique Travel in October 2011, having previously worked in the travel industry for 15 years.

Since joining I have had the opportunity to travel to many different destinations including Las Vegas, Dubai, Malta, Cyprus, Greece and Spain to name just a few.

I was also lucky enough to experience 5-star luxury on board the Scenic River Cruise ship, Jasper.

I can definitely recommend them and would be happy to give you any information about the product.

My favourite family destination is the island of Majorca and we have stayed in the beautiful bay of Puerto Pollensa in the north of the island many times.

I have recently been to Florence in Italy, which is an ideal romantic City break, and Bergamo situated in the North of Italy near Milan and just a short train journey from the idyllic Lake Como.

I have now got the Italian bug and can’t wait to discover more of what this country has to offer, watch this space………..
